  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details and a clear image of the defect or damage.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been useddamaged due to customer negligence, or are without original packaging are not eligible for returns.

  • Perishable or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

  • If an order is canceled post-dispatch, it will be treated as a return, and applicable return charges may apply.
