1. Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details and a clear image of the defect or damage.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged due to customer negligence, or are without original packaging are not eligible for returns.
Perishable or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
If an order is canceled post-dispatch, it will be treated as a return, and applicable return charges may apply.
